HRD Manager
  • Position Purpose:
    1. Develop & Implement HR strategy to ensure smooth and stable operations in Shanghai headquarters as well as in Shanghai branches.
    2. Implement a market driven HR approach taking into account the current market conditions in terms of availability of talents, packages and training for existing & future staff.
    3. Provide a platform within the HR fields being suitable to cope with the scheduled double digit growth of the entire China operations and offer a long term perspective for staff
  • Main responsibilities:
    1. Analysis of existing situation and development and Implementation of Personnel Retention Strategy for existing staff (including but not limited to proposal of fair compensation packages, regular survey of salary development outside, career development plan, job rotation, seamless staffing process, …)
    2. Evaluation and regular update of management in terms of development in the market (e.g. salary ranges, bonus assessment, domestic relocation packages, non-monetary benefits, new courses in universities) keeping abreast of market trends, best practices and networks.
    3. Implementation of training initiative including but not limited to regular trainees from relevant colleges / universities, continuous training of all existing staff, management training, technical training of specific key staff abroad …
    4. Assurance of availability of long-term development opportunities of existing and future staff (including but not limited to succession planning and job rotation within existing organization) within Shanghai as well as other organizations in China and worldwide.
    5. Implementation of effective & creative sourcing techniques throughout the region, including championing the college / university relationship program and being responsible for actively advocating diversity recruitment.
    6. Develops and conducts training programs for department managers designed to improve recruiting and hiring efficiencies and reduce staff turnover.
    7. Researches, analyze, prepares, and presents hiring and statistics and ensures that relevant benchmarks within the industry / regions are available.
Training & Recruiting Manager
  • Responsibilities:
    1. To formulate the annual training plan to ensure the alignment with business performance and skills & knowledge development needs.
    2. To assist in the people development program and implementation to support the follow- up action.
    3. To formulate and implement the recruiting plan to ensure the on time and quality hiring on managerial below positions and full compliance with the company policy.
    4. To lead the staffing process including recruiting, induction, registration, placement and termination to achieve the operational excellence and cost effectiveness.
    5. To prepare the related HR report on regular basis.
  • Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor degree or above.
    2. 7 years working experience with at least 5 years in training or training related Human Resources function ,3 years working experience in multinational company .
    3. Recruiting experience and interview skills is a plus.
    4. HR experience in manufacturing plant or chemical industry will be a plus.
    5. Good command of English.
    6. MS offices software skill.
    7. High team spirit and people oriented.
    8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    9. Excellent analysis and presentation skills.
    10. Effectiveness in organizing and planning.
Quality Manager
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Provide overall management of Quality.
    2. Champion and drive breakthrough quality improvement throughout the organization. Measure and track progress.
    3. Collaborate with Operations, Research & Development and Sales to insure robust processes and quality systems are in place.
    4. Provide leadership to Six-Sigma process.
    5. Implement, control and assure accuracy of all aspects of company generated documentation by means of effective procedures and applicable software packages.
    6. Initiate and lead quality training, housekeeping improvements and other aspects of raising quality awareness.
  • Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors Degree in engineering, technical or other related discipline.
    2. Five years of experience minimum in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, product engineering or quality assurance and at least 2 years in manager position.
    3. A demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods, approaches & tools, including strategic planning and project management.Six Sigma, Quality Management System standards (i.e. ISO, QS, etc).
    4. Interpersonal Communications and Leadership Skills Development.
    5. Excellent English and computer skills.
